Dear Parents and Guardians,

I hope everyone had a wonderful week and aren’t too busy with all that this time of year brings!

This week our students continue to prepare for some of the many events planned on the calendar. Our 5^th graders are working hard preparing for their Mother’s Day Luncheon. Our 4^th-8^th graders that are participating in this year’s Spring Musical, have been working hard for their upcoming performance.

This week our 5^th and 6^th graders had a meeting with a representative from Centra State to discuss Growth and Development. This program works with our religious program, Family Life. Our 7^th graders had their class trip to iPlay America. The students had a fun day and were happy to get some time out of the building.

We begin our final round of the STAR testing this week. Please check your teacher’s websites for the day and time they will be administered. As a reminder a good night sleep and a healthy breakfast help! Additionally, progress reports for grades K-2^nd will be sent home on Friday. Please make sure you read your reports and reach out to your teachers, should you have any questions.

Finally, our 2^nd and 3^rd graders will be having their field trips this week. 2^nd grade will be visiting the Turtleback Zoo and 3^rd grade will be visiting the State House. Please reach out to your teachers with any questions you may have.
